This site generates random board layouts for the game of Catan, following the official set-up rules. Every shuffle is a ready-to-play game you can lay out on the table right away.
It covers the base game, the 5–6 player extension, and all nine Seafarers scenarios together with their extensions for more players.
Every map is defined by its seed — the small number in the bottom-right corner of the board. Change it by hand to open a specific layout, or hit “Shuffle” to get a new one. Share the link with the button next to the seed to keep a map you like for later or open it on another device.
